Our books and journals are printed when you order them, by our print partner BookVault. Our card decks and kits are packed and posted by us in the UK. Digital downloads have no delivery charge.
You'll see every delivery option and its price at checkout before you pay. If your order has books and card decks, they come in separate parcels.
Books and journals
BookVault prints in the UK, the United States, Australia and Canada, and your order is sent from the closest one that can print everything in it. The cost depends on where it's going and how much it weighs. Times below include printing.

Digital downloads
Digital products have no delivery charge. Your download link arrives by email once payment is complete.
Tracking
When your order is sent, we email you a dispatch confirmation, with tracking where the service provides it.
Orders outside the UK
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by that country and are paid by the customer.
Problems with delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within the times above, or arrives damaged, email orders@theregulatedhumanco.co.uk and we'll put it right.
