Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Because our products (journals, notebooks, and companion cards) are intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, written in, or opened in a way that prevents resale.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

Contact us straight away so we can resolve it quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used journals, notebooks, or companion cards
  • Items that have been written in, marked, or altered
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is approved.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • This typically takes up to 10 business days
